Hi, I'm Kristii. I started KSK Coaching because intuitive women aren't tapping into all the energy available to them. Let's fix that!
For five years, I taught people how to engage as a board member. Not just sit on one, but draw real value from it: who to bring in, what to ask them, when to listen, when to push back, and how to grow the organization they serve. That's the real-world skill behind your spiritual board of directors.
I also bring an MBA, Harvard training, and certification as a change management practitioner, negotiator, and facilitator. What that mostly means is I know how to sit with complexity, ask the question you've been avoiding, and I won't let you talk yourself out of what you already know.
