Your family has a board of directors. Now you build your own.
A next generation program built on how great boards work.
You build your board. At a two-day retreat, you choose the advisors whose wisdom you'll consult on major decisions, and leave with a clear next step.
You choose and test. Within 30 days, you're clear on what to grow, maintain, and let go of. Then you test your idea small, so you never bet big on a guess.
You follow through. Monthly coaching keeps you moving, and seven peers keep you accountable. When a week gets hard, you have support. The program ends with your Family Board Presentation, where you share the plan you’ve built with your family, in the way you choose. [See how it works]
