What to Expect
Engagement Length Most engagements run four to six months. Some clients choose to extend beyond that for ongoing support. The length depends on what you're working through and what outcomes matter most to you.
Session Frequency This is customized to you and your schedule, but we typically meet every 1 to 2 weeks for 1-hour sessions. This gives you time to process and implement what we've talked about and come back with real progress to discuss. We can adjust frequency based on what's happening in your world.
What's Included Your coaching package includes one-on-one sessions, access to me between sessions for urgent strategizing or clarification, and ongoing assessment of what's shifting and what still needs attention. You'll leave each conversation with clarity on what comes next.
