Day one: At a two-day opening retreat, she builds her board, holds her first board meeting on a real decision, and leaves with a clear next step.
First two weeks: The Grow, Maintain, Let Go Audit shows where her time and energy go now, and where they should go.
First 30 days: She’s clear on what she’s growing, maintaining, and letting go of.
Every month: Private coaching, plus a board meeting with her Her Own Board cohort where, beyond continuing their own entrepreneurial journeys and providing accountability for one another, we cover topics such as ego, intentional culture, navigating visibility, and understanding optics.
Between sessions: If she’s tempted to quit or stalls, she reaches out instead of starting over.
Near month six: The Family Board Presentation, where she shares her plan with her family. I work with her and can provide facilitation if she’d like; she decides what to present and how.
Upon completion and beyond: A lifetime Alumni Spot and an annual alumni board meeting to keep the practice and her peer group going.
