Hi, I'm Kristii.

Women at your level are surrounded by smart people with relevant perspectives. But those perspectives are almost always conflicted; they're shaped by organizational dynamics, alliances, incentives, and the downstream impact of whatever gets decided. That's where I come in.

My background spans organizational change management, international negotiation, and executive consulting; work where human dynamics are as consequential as strategy, and where reading a room wrong has tangible consequences. I understand how influence actually moves. How coalitions form and fracture. What it takes to lead when the people around you are uncertain, skeptical, or quietly navigating their own position.

I also understand the pressure of visibility:

• When your decisions are watched. 

• When the margin for error is thin. 

• When you still have to show up with clarity and direction. 

• That's not theoretical for me.

I hold an MBA in Global Business, completed executive training at Harvard, am a certified Change Management Practitioner, negotiator, and facilitator.

I started KSK Coaching because the women executives I respected most were navigating pivotal moments without a strategic partner who was both inside the complexity and completely outside the politics. That's the role I play.
